EventsCRM is in a class of its own and can not be compared to any other software of its kind.  EventsCRM comes in 3 versions EP (Basic or Advanced Event Planner) and Corporate Solution.


EventsCRM EP solution is a single user solution designed for small business 1 to 5 users.  Its is also a great way to be introduced to our solution.  However, it is limited in features and no customization will be available. We do offer 24/7 support via our Support portal.  We will also include all Venues’ information (name, address and contact info).

EventsCRM EP is a monthly fee starting at $25.00 and requires initial on-boarding fee of $250.00. It includes one master user access login and unlimited contractor access(Advanced EP mode).  Contractors’ access will not allow for google sync.  Charge below shows the options between Corporate and EP.

> Staff Calendar and Sync

Logged in user has can sync EventsCRM calendar to thier own Google calendar.

> Staff Requested time off

Staff are able to request time off. Once management has approved the time off, it is displayed in the Calendar view and they are removed from availability.

Send emails using EventsCRM and linking them to any entity (lead, Contact, Events, etc..)
Corporate: Using the company’s email service, emails can be sent from EventsCRM. This allows for complete email syncing across all devices.

Note: Office365 users require a one-time setup fee for the Office365 plugin.

> View commissions

View & modify commissions of all employees.
Corporate: All users can view own commissions. Only management can view all commissions.

> Time Sheets

View & modify Employee’s Timesheets of all employees.
Corporate: All users can view own Timesheets. Only management can view all Timesheets.
